Active Network Monitoring. We have a fully manageable network that can be and will be actively monitored 24 hours a day. We will hopefully catch problems before our customers do. If we see any signal loss or problems with our service, we will immediately roll a truck and get the problem fixed before our customer is affected.
There is more to business than just the dollar. We know this and fully understand this. Our customers make our business and keep our business going.
